3 weeks ago, my hand and wrist swelled up so badly that I could not close my hand, after about 12 hours, it turned blue, then later it turned red as the swelling went down over the course of a few days. During the swollen phase, it was at times painful, there was hand numbness and tingling, and an almost complete inability to use. It resolved completely over 6 days. No fever was present.
I then started to have URQ pain and swelling. the swelling was center/right at the rib cage. The pain would stop me in my tracks and I was incredibly fatigues. For the last 10 days, I have eaten mainly homemade vegetable soups with added beans, salads, and lean chicken breasts (very small portions), cutting out dairy, red meats, eggs, most starches, minimized caffeine (max 120-240 day). The pain and swelling @ URQ have lessened and come less frequently now.
I have also had severe pain, tingling - 4 days ago, again unexplained radiating along my left arm and shoulder; which passed after about 6-8 hours
Is this immune? Is this allergies?
do I need to worry or just dealing with things as they come?
