3 Year Old Female Toddler Fell Off Arm Of Sofa,

3 year old female toddler fell off arm of sofa, and landed on her head on a hardwood floor. We are concerned about concussion and/or neck problems. She has stopped crying and appears to be talking and interacting with us normally---thankfully. Should we allow her to go to sleep? Have her checked out at ER?
