3 Years Ago I Fell On My Right Shoulder And

3 years ago I fell on my right shoulder and it has never fully healed. x-rays showed no broken bones, but even a year later I could not reach the top of my head, or my left arm. Now suddenly the pain I had learned to live with is much worse again, a constant burning pain no matter what I am doing. What should I do? Judy
