3 Yr Old Female, In Day Care, Symptoms Began Yesterday,

3 yr old female, in day care, symptoms began yesterday, Low grade fever started today under 101.5, coughing with supine position, left tonsil red and swollen with no yellow or white spots, slight rails and crackles heard top left lung and bronchioles. I have a nebulizer with levbuterol .075, treating with 1 and 1/2 acetaminophen chewable when fever spikes to 101. what can i do for the cough? Weight is 33 lbs can I give dimetapp for cough?
