3 Yr Old Granddaughter Has Been Eating Very Little Solid

3 yr old granddaughter has been eating very little solid food but drinking whole milk regularly for 2 weeks. Her mouth is kept closed snugly all the rest of the time. She does have small ball bowel movements and urinates regularly. No apparent fever.
