30 Days Ago My Right Side Both Wisdom Teeth Surgically

30 days ago my right side both wisdom teeth surgically removed.but now I feeling sweet taste in mouth which starts every day from afternoon and in night too much sweet taste in mouth while I am doing 4 time gargle with salt water and two times with potash alum.my age is 35.i am also suffering from TMJ cartilage dysfunction.
