30 Years Ago I Was Given Depakote For Severe Migraines.

30 years ago I was given Depakote for severe migraines. The doc checked my liver function tests after just 2 weeks and she was shocked. She said she had never seen numbers go that high and took me off it immediately and said I'd be dead in 2 years from liver disease!! She told me I may have trouble with other medications processed through the liver, so let future doctors know. Ever since this experience I've avoided pharmaceuticals in general. Was the doctor correct in telling me I may have trouble with other medications processed through the liver?
