30 Years Old. Cough For Past Week. I Have Severe

30 years old. Cough for past week. I have severe pain in collarbone. Hurts to shrug right shoulder and lift my arm. sharp pains when I move it and constant dull ache when at rest. I don't recall injuring but feels like it's out of place or something. Arm feels weak as well. Could I have cracked it or dislocated it by coughing?
