30 Yrs Ago, At Age 42, My Ejection Fraction After

30 yrs ago, at age 42, my ejection fraction after a 5 way heart bypass was about 45% for about 15 years after the bypass. EF thenstarted to drop slowly over the next 5 years to about 30% EF. HAD BI-VENTRICULAR defillator installed 10 years agoand remained at 30% EF for about 5 years, when i started getting Atrial fibillation. EF dropped to 15-20 %. Started Taking Sotalol 80mg twice a day and magnesium 1500mg per day for 2 years . It helped atrial fib go down to about 1 to 3%over 3 month period. I then got shocked from the defibillator only once and increased sotolol to 60 mg 4 times a day and increased magnesium to 2000 mg per day.Atrial fib went down to .3% to.5% last 6 months , but EF stayed at 15% to 20% Also for the last 5 years I have been taking 100mg COQ10 incresing now to 400 mg per day with no change . Considering taking Ubiquinol instead of COQ10. Any adviceabout raising EF at 15%-20%, and changing to Ubiquinol, or advice about anything different to do. I am tired after walking about the length of a football field 100 yards.
