31 Year Old Friend Went To Detox For Opiate Addiction
31 year old friend went to detox for opiate addiction 6 months ago. prescribed buprenorphine//naloxone sl
Paxil, Wellbutrin, and the latest is lovopro, yesterday extremely fatigued and nausea this morning vomiting fevered fatigued ,not able keep anything down - water or feezie no meds since yesterday. This afternoon she said she felt strange refusing to go to ER I convinced her to take buprenorphine as it is sublingual. She then said she may have taken the Wellbutrin and Paxil by mistake a second time. Should I be concerned... will it pass... I don't want to assume it just a flu because of the ssri. I suggested she call dr to see best approach to start ssri again.
