31 Year Old White Male Recently Conducted A Close Shave

Recently conducted a close shave of my genital area. Upon the removal of hair, I noticed a few very small skin tone perhaps light brown in a few different spots on my scrotum. Nothing is clustered, pretty spread out. I know one of the spots I've had for years as it pretty close to the base of my penis. It never gotten bigger and every one in a while after wearing tight jeans or sweating a lot, it tends to itch. I can't say for sure how long they have all been there cause I usually don't shave that close. It's not a overwhelming amount, but has brought enxiety on
Any thoughts?
