32 years old married no children after 8 years of marriage pcos.took primolut n only 2 tablets to induce periods always my nipples hurts before getting periods and it go away on day 2.but this time nipple pain increased and not going away even on day 6.periods are very scanty and clots.currently on dieting and doing only mild excercise .should i consult doc or i should wait.currently onlt getting any treatment from one year using cinnamon and fengreek soaked seeds early morning
