34 Years Old, Male, Lost Over 20 Kg Within 6
34 years old, male, lost over 20 kg within 6 months, Im now at 61 Kg, my problem is, for the forst 10 to 15 kilos I didnt really tried, wasnt sick or anything but still kind of worries me; on the other hand, I still am quite "round" shaped, how can I get rid of that if I currently walk for about 2 hours a day?
