34 Yo Female. No Medications. No Major Or Possibly Related

34 yo female. no medications. no major or possibly related conditions (slight asthma, depression/anxiety
diverticulosis, some fibromyalgia symptoms *but yet to be diagnosed)

I started having a strange sensation in my lip earlier today. it feels like there is a hair on it when I move my lip in certain ways. It is on my lower lip. I feel the sensation with certain movements, or when I touch my upper chin (right hand side, close to the lip) the sensation is on the right hand side (just off centre) on the INSIDE of the lip. No visible skin lesions or anything that could account for it.

I have gotten cold sores over the year and this is NOT the same, tingly sensation I have felt. I had also had an artery burst on my lip in a similar location more than 20 years ago that I THINK feels similar? but I don't see the tell-tale red dot on my lip this time... :S

I'm worried that it's neurological and I wanted a doctors opinion (without waiting in line for a very busy doctor that doesn't seem to listen to my problem)
