36 Year Old Male With Extreme Itching Traveling From One

36 year old male with extreme itching traveling from one place to another. Light red bumps that rise and disappear. Itching will start on forearms, and then move to chest, back, hands, legs, feet, and head. Mainly in extremities. Have tried cortizone, benedryl, lotions, changes in laundry detergents/diet to rule out allergies. Itching is increasing in intensity, and severnes.
Background: recent military retiree with multiple concussions, staff infection from surgeries, back and neck injuries, no known diseases.
