37 Yo Female. I Have Pain In Upper Stomache In

37 yo female. I have pain in upper stomache in the exact middle right under ribcage area. (sometimes very painful, sometimes not so painful) It feels like there is a big bubble there or something. I have also been nauseous and throwing up 1 to 2x a day bright yellow foamy liquid that has a strong weird taste. (never any food substance) Just the foamy liquid. I am extremly bloated but have been having diarreah for months. What could be wrong? thanks
