Inner ankle pain for over a year. Severe charle horse in calf 1 year ago, now I have a thumb sized lump on the outer upper region of calf 3 inches down from knee. Lump doesn't move when I press it. Doctor told me it would go away. Pediatrist fitted me with orthotics 8 mos ago. Ankle not any better, lump still there. Any input would be appreciated
