38m, Have Had Problems With My Right Ear For A
38m, have had problems with my right ear for a couple weeks. My hearing is almost half in that ear, I know I have a lot of wax build up I'm trying to get rid of but now the right side of my head and face are numb and tingling. Is this likely an ear infection or something more serious?
