39 Yr Old Female Been Having Bacterial Vaginosis And Yeast

39 yr old female been having Bacterial Vaginosis and Yeast on and off for over a year. I go to the GYN and get Flagyl, Metro, and it leaves but always comes back. I also have severe lower left quad pain went to see a Gastro he done a lower and upper GI biopsy revealed I have Ischemic Colitis. Could this and the BV and yeast have something in common and both work together. Now here is my important question. Last week I noticed my dog defacated a very large long tapeworm. Yes I know it was in fact a tapeworm. I am now wondering if I myself have them and are infected and could this be the cause of my BV and yeast and severe abdominal pain and colon infection. I am to see the gastro about my infection in my colon on Wednesday but I want to kind of know now. Does Tapeworm cause all my symptoms.
