3yrs Ago I Had An Penis Infection, It Took 2

3yrs ago I had an penis infection, it took 2 1/2mths to solve and clean up in that time i noticed that the eye of my penis was glueing itself together, after the treatment the eye had closed about 80% and my circumcised skin had attached itself to the rim of the head. Now the eye seems to have closed an extra 10%? and urinating is longer and painful, most of the pain is in the last 1cm of the exit. I am 47 yrs old
