4 Back Surgeries Over The Past 5 Years. I Was

4 back surgeries over the past 5 years. I was on oxycotin after a fusion in 2013. I finally stopped taking it about 9 months ago and have been trying to tapper off hydrocodin. I am become a different person. My wife of 28 years just told me to leave. I have 4 children and I adore my wife but she says I am a mean, terrible person. What has happened and how do I change.
