4 Days Ago I Got 4 Extractions Removed, But It

4 days ago I got 4 extractions removed, but it was more like 8 because my teeth were broken up and gun level. Since then I noticed what seems like a slither of tooth appear, then as of yesterday a big what looks to be tooth has suddenly surfaced and it's swollen around that area with severe throbbing. A lot of the time not even the Hydrocodone I was prescribed helps with the pain and the clinic dentist I went to didn't inform me on anything and I have no dental hotline or on call number to reach him at. I don't have any money to pay so I'm hoping I can provide enough info in this one message without any further ones.
