4 Days Ago I Had A Severe Hemmorhoidal Flare Up.

4 days ago I had a severe hemmorhoidal flare up. I had rectal swelling and lower abdominal pain. After using topical ointment it is mostly resolved but now I have pain in my upper abdomen. Most often it is just tender to the touch but I have had pain in the center of my upper abdomen and bloating. The pain gets worse briefly after eating and when changing from sitting to standing when abdomen is swollen. What could it be and what can I do?
