4 Days Ago I Started Having Horrible Pain In My

4 days ago I started having horrible pain in my right hand and cant figure out why. I can barely grasp anything and if I try to left something...forget about it. There is no swelling, no bruising, no redness. My fingers aren't tingling or going numb. Just really bad pain when I try to grasp something or when I hold my wrist in a weird position.
