4 mo old with temp x7 days vomiting . Baby is on 2hr feelings of alimentum and pedialite 50/50 mix 6 oz. patient periodicaly projectile vomits and has periods of lethargy. Abd soft non tender, grimaces frequently. No weight loss. CBC Wbc within normal limits? Confused
