4 Month Ago, I Washed My Shirt And Inner Garments

4 month ago, I washed my shirt and inner garments with VANISH ( remove stain liquid) liquid to remove stain but I did not washed those garments with detergent immediate after that as per the instruction given in the cartoon. I wore those garments directly after dry. Few days later I found that my skin and hair became burnt and looked like bleached / epidermis only on the part of my body where those garments were wore. The composition of vanish is sodium carbonate peroxyhydrate. Still now those parts of the area are looking same. Pl give me medical advice so that I can get rid of this problem and get back my normal skin.
