4 Months Ago I Started Breaking Out Terrible Just On

4 months ago I started breaking out terrible just on my chin under nose and cheeks bad. I'm 37 never had acne in my life. Tryed literally everything to over the counter to natural stuff. Nothing works I'm on a prescription for spironlactone it doesn't work!!! Please help!!
