4 months ago I was running in place on a mini trampoline and the last 45-60 seconds, I went all out. Problem is I wasn't wearing support. When I stopped and stepped off, I felt very sickish and very tired and had pain in the groin area.
I did a light mini trampoline workout the next day and did my weightlifting workout a little later. Right before I got to 205 pounds, I received 2 sharp pains in my abdomen. I did the set of 5 reps, but my energy was low. I stopped and haven't done any heavy lifting since.
I finally after laying off 3-4 weeks, I started doing controlled workouts of push-ups, dumbbell curls 3-6 sets non stop. I purchased a jock strap to keep the boys supported during this.
My testicles have a dull pain, sometimes left, and sometimes right, dull pain in penis, and sharp pain in the lower abdomen.
Any suggestions?
