4 Months Ago, After A Deep Inhalation Of A Hot

4 months ago, after a deep inhalation of a hot oil inhalant, I now have a feeling of fullness that is intermittent, but uncomfortable with a feeling of something there that I cannot clear. Its difficult to describe but this feeling of fullness im certain it happened in relation to the hot oil smoke inhalation. What workup would you recommend? what could possibly be going on?
