4 Weeks Ago I Had A Large Loop Excision Done

4 weeks ago I had a Large loop excision done on some pre cancer cells, however I didn't bleed any time and I'm 16 days late on my period. I have taken a hpt but it came back negative. I have watery brown/red discharge and some cramping. Is this normal?
