4 Year Old Son Was Told At Dr After Coming

4 year old son was told at dr after coming in for ear infection that she heard a murmur. She thought it sounded normal with vibration. I listened to his heart last night as he slept. It sounds weak and muffled and was skipping beats. No other symptoms at all from him. I am very worried.
