4 Years Ago I Had A Basal Carcinoma In The

4 years ago I had a basal carcinoma in the corner of my eye, I had moh surgery performed then plastic surgery. No pain at all but last few days just under the eye and at the side of my right nostril it is painful like I have been hit. It is slightly swollen but different to the other side of my nose.
