4 Years Ago I Had A Fracture With Repair Using

4 years ago I had a fracture with repair using a metal plate and screws, which were ultimately replaced by a titanium rod. While I still had the plate, I noticed, among other things, that I was going bald. Now that the causative factor had been removed (the metal plate), will my hair grow back?
