4 Years And 2 Months Child Has ASD And Have

4 years and 2 months child has ASD and have surgery last 2 days (Monday, 8.8.2016). He was in ICU overnight and transfer to normal room. No urination after removal of urinary catheter. So, Urinary catheter was used again but now he suffer from Fever. Why is it come out? What should we take care? What would be the consequences?
