4 Yrs Ago I Had A Clot In A Capillary

4 yrs ago i had a clot in a capillary in the calf. 2 ultrasounds but no action taken. Dr said i could take a baby aspirin if i needed but didn't put me on blood thinners.
I have the same symptoms for 4 days and seems to be a lump in calf and also medial thigh. does this mean it's traveling?
