40 Year Old Female With A Long History Of Thyroid

40 year old female with a long history of thyroid conditions on my mother's side, I am over weight, dry facial skin, constantly tired, always hot/sweaty feeling, swollen all over and hair lose. I had blood work done about a month ago,my THP levels were low, but the doc says to weight 6 months and we'll do another blood test. Is there anything else that could be going on with me?
