40 years old. Spleen removed 28 years ago. Hemoglobin 9.0 and dropping ( was 9.4 one month ago ) platelets high 622.
Take iron supplements, and vitamin B12 injections for 3 months with no clinical improvement ( feel a lil more energy after the injection). Should I be concerned with anything other than chronic anemia? ( test performed while NOT menstruating)
