41 Years Old Female. Symptoms: Sudden Loss Of Hearing. Hearing

41 years old female. Symptoms: sudden loss of hearing. Hearing returned, followed by extreme nausea. Cold sweats, pale skin. Looks waxy. Upon standing fell down. When recovered from fall had slight issues breathing. Very disoriented. Shaking. When these symptoms calmed down a strange sensation started in back of neck more on my left side. Tingling, burning sensation continued down my left arm. Left arm weak. Hard to steady myself. After about 1hour the worst had passed. Went to sleep shortly after. Extreme exhaustion. Sharp pains under my left breast continued into next day. Similar symptoms started again at work tonight but not the full symptoms from the prior evening. Still feel very shaky. Not strong. Any ideas on what this could be?
