41 Yr Old, Married. Diagnosed Stage 3 Breast Cancer Estrogen

41 yr old, married. Diagnosed stage 3 breast cancer estrogen annd progesterone positive. Has right mastectomy. Will sart chemo in 10 weeks after surgery due to embryo preservation. Having a child is very important to me. I was given an option on to which chemo theraphy i would like. I will also going to have radiation and anti hormone med taken after treatment. My question is among TC, FEC-D and Ac -WI Pac, how effective there are, which one is less likely cause infertility and less sideeffect. My mind tells me Tc. I will stop the antihormone pill in two yrs to get pregnant as suggested by my oncology but im thiking to just take it for 1 yr or even avoid it. Im also thinki g of doing reconstruction would radation affect that.
