43yr Old Female Diagnosed With IBS, High BP Usually Controlled

43yr old female diagnosed with IBS, high BP usually controlled with meds, diuretic for legs, and med for possible ulcer. I have now for a little more then 6 months a painful distended upper abdomen (look pregnant) I also get swelled up in pain on LUQ visible to the eye. Feel sometimes when u bend down a sharp pain makes sprung up and then take small breath and feels worst then contraction have to wait till feeling of ball inside moves and the. Abdomen relaxes. If walk long or a bit active like cleaning well abdomen gets harder and pain worst. CT scan showed nothing Dr don't know what it is suspects possible scarring tissue and doesn't want to operate. Yet no diagnostic and nothing done to help. Pain not getting better. Also fatigue, intermittent dizziness and lately started getting itch on front left shoulder weird? Related? What do to? What could this be?? Need help pls also please note got hysterectomy about 8 yrs ago still have ovaries.
