44 Year Old Male Had Fever Followed By Persistent Cough
44 year old male had fever followed by persistent cough for 2 months and wheezing and hoarseness of vouce. Also theres been weight loss since last year and fatigue. Chest x-ray shows a small reaction in right costophrenic angle. There is no consolidation within lung parenchymal. Cardio mediastinal contour is normal. Is it serious? What further investigation should be done?
