44 yrs old male and have been to nerve doctor said have pinch nerve in left hip area pain is very bad in leg at night on antif. nerve meds twice day muscle relaxer twice day for sleep sleep maybe two hrs day and two hrs night have mri schuled in two weeks but is thier and thing i can do to help make more comfortable ice no good i walk alot feet sore
