46 Years Old. Family Hx Of Breast, Ovarian, And Uterine

46 years old. Family hx of breast, ovarian, and uterine cancer. Dx with ADH in 2012 was removed. Since Dec 2014 periods have been 3-4 days (2 days very, very, very heavy - change super plus tampon 20-40 minutes). Last few months feel bloated, gained weight, had yeast (2nd in life) and bacterial vaginosis (2nd in life), very tired. Endo biopsy negative but not sure enough was taken (I was screaming b/c of the pain - and I have very high pain tolerance). Transvag ultrasound showed complex cyst (in office); went for doppler ultrasound, cysts found but not sure tech saw same one as in office. Had period when went. Once she saw left cyst she did not move wand around as doctor did in office. Also, did not complete pelvic ultrasound b/c bladder not full. Said she got what she needed so no worries. Period came week early and I continue to bleed 10 days later. Should I be concerned, because I am.
