46 Yr Old, Multiple Sinus Infections, Has Gerd, Allergic To

46 yr old, multiple sinus infections, has gerd, allergic to dog and cat hair, allergic to trees and grass, often the smell of candles or areomatic sprays cause continuous coughing. Has had surgery to help breathing easier and also has sleep apnea. Has had a hoarseness in voice for 6 months but no sore throat. Has seen ENT specialist whom says possible burn from gerd. Has been on antibiotics four times since Jan for sinus infection anb pneumonia.
