47 Year Old Male Had Bleeding From Urethra After Sexual

47 year old male had bleeding from urethra after sexual activities in the evening. minimal bleeding next day which stopped around noon. also has been experiencing unusual lower back pain on one side for at least a few weeks now which may or may not be related. What are possible causes?
