47 Years Old. 85 Lbs. Started Taking Ultimate Flora Critical

47 years old. 85 lbs. Started taking Ultimate Flora Critical Care 50 billion Probiotic on December 11. Had sardines last night and a resee's cup about an hour ago. Just had a bowel movement and noticed the 2 small firm stools were completely black and a long stool was 1/2 black with the remaining being a light colored brown. The remaining stools in the toilet bowl were all that same light brown. I'm also taking Geritol plus iron but haven't taken in 24 hrs. Concerned if I have a GI bleed also due to my bottom lip being white and peeling despite me drinking lots of water?
