48 YO male - 5' 9" tall, 240 lbs. . Married, non smoker, prior diagnosis of depression 3 yrs ago. Controlled by 200mg of sertraline once daily. type 2 diabetes diagnosis <1 yr. - blood sugar 240-245 recently. Metformann 1000mg, 2x daily, elevated BP: 150/110. Diet: fair, exercise minimal. Symptoms: frequent GI distress incl. diarrhea, lethargy, malaise & frequent headaches. Where should I begin to look?
