48 Hours Ago I Slammed My Hand In The Truck

48 hours ago I slammed my hand in the truck of my car. I caught the pointer, tip of the thumb and part of the palm of my right hand. I think I might have blacked out momentarily due to the pain. I have iced and continuously flexed the hand to reduce swelling and maintain mobility. I now feel sharp stabbing pain radiating from tip of fingers to my elbow. Whatelse can i do?
