48 Hours Ago I Started Experiencing Pain In My Temple

48 hours ago I started experiencing pain in my temple and numbness on the right side of my face with tingling. I had a Cat scan, MRI, MRA and all came back fine. I normally have low blood pressure and it is 162/115. I went to the ER last night and they gave me pain meds that didn't touch it. What should I do! Should I go back to the ER? My temple is killing me and so is my eye.
