48 Hours Ago I Was Using My Right (primary) Hand,

48 hours ago I was using my right (primary) hand, thumb to pull off pant legs. I had a popping sound in the wrist and immediate tingling in wrist that radiated down through the thumb for approximately 60 seconds. It went away but within 8 hours I have a knot (hard) show up on the interior thumb on the joint. It is very sore, even now 48 hours later.
